A bus filled with young Engineers and Managers,we the Managers are like dry fruit on engineers chocolates,They are great who develop Software,Machinery,Building,Electronics and what not,still there is a need of a Manager to manage the business of all of this,without which it value nothing!
What is the need to do courses like MBA for that,owner of our collage couldn't pass the exam of 4th class and he is a Diamond in coal business.
Of course one can learn through the experience of many years,Management classes is all about sharing experience of successful person,but what is the need to reinvent the wheel better to work further!
